We live in Ames, Iowa. Yard is shaded by mature trees on our property and that a of adjoining property owners. On this morning’s WHO-TV, you mentioned and recommended shade tolerant plants. Would it be possible for you to provide a listing of the aforementioned plants?
Also, over the last 10 years, we have planted daffodill bulbs in the fall. The foliage looks vigorous, but the blooms do not bloom the following spring. Tulip bulbs have also been planted, but after a couple of years lose their vigor and do not produce blooms.
Thank you for any assistance and advice you can provide.
Sincerely,
Ed and Gwyn Augustine

I’m not sure about your bulbs at this time. Let me do some asking around and get back to you!
